The two contracts not only gives you access to the property, but also the position to adjust the price and control the sale to where you get paid in your best interest. In this scenario, the only parties that are needed are Homeowner, New home buyer, and a Title Agency.
If you are able to aquire a property, you can also approach it from a different angle. Rent out the rooms that are available in the home. Create a roomate situation where you live in the home and manage from there, or live close to the home and manage from there. You can pay for all expenses, or the landlord can pay for all the expenses. Either way you will make a profit, because you're renting each room out for a higher price than what you are paying the landlord. However, this is not what I want to talk about, because to many marketers throw this out there as part of there itemized list on how to make money as an entrepreneur. My idea on making money by selling money is similar to how coin shops do it. Coin shops offer more of a retail selection that what my idea has to offer. My idea is to sell only one form of money. For example a two dollar bill. Sell the two dollar bill for twenty dollars, but inlcude with the money a one page instruction on how to earn money from home with a step by step guide. Mail the two dollar bill plus the one page guide to who ever pays you through your requested selection of payment. Not only are you making money from your money, but you are keeping the ball rolling with your information guide. Keep your contact infomation in the guide and use it as a way to lead them into your next opportunity.

Music is a great way to earn income from cds, to shows, but my way of earning through music is to take a person to a higher level with the vibrations that music has to offer an individual. A credit card can be very useful when making investment style purchases. The key is to make sure those investments pay you, so that don't end up in debt. This makes it very difficult of an individual to obtain a credit card further down the road.

There are 5 subjects of business that should be invested into properly. These are invest money properly, invest time properly, invest in the right people, invest in the right assest and tools, and invest in the right systems and strategies. Money is a necessity when trying to earn money, unless you are utilizing ways to start from stratch, but dont spend your money as a liability, spend it as a way to put you in postion to grow more money and reinvest again to where you gain profits each time you make a money making move. Use your time wisely as well. This means not kicking back with people who don't have similar money making goals. Don't undersleep, don't spend 5 hours scrolling through Facebook. Your time is your money, so think about how you are utilzing time, when not trading it for money or investing it into an opporunity that will make you money. People are another subject to invest properly into. This is because people control our social network of life. Without other people, we would not be able to operate in our capitalistic society. Some people however, are just not worth the time or effort. They will identify as those who use the trail, or block trail, without really putting anything into the trail. Those who create the trail will be affected by those who don't put forth equal amount of effort. Unfortunately, society if filled with these types of mindsets. Don't shun them out completely. Affilate marketing is a way to be a part of a business's sales staff, without actually having to show up at the office. The highest that I have scene are 50% commissions, and those that pay you $350 or so upfront, because their plan is to retain the client for 5+ years. Think of it as a direct marketing referral business and you will earn massivly if you can influence people to participate.

Referrl programs are similar to affilate marketing, because you are literally referring someone to that business. However, in this demonstration I would like to discuss Chase bank bonus referal. Simply sign up for a chase bank account and that puts you in position. There may be other banks that offer this, but in this example I will use Chase bank becasue I have done it myself. However, the program may expire by the time you get to reading this, but the model can be utilize with any bonus referral program.
Chase will allow you to have 10 people per calendar year to sign up under your referral link. For each person you will receive $50. That is $500 potential. From my point of view, I want each person who earns me $50 to be working within my oppotunities earning more income. For example if a sign up works an advertisement sale for me, I can pay them directly through Zelle or another payment method that would be linked to their chase bank account. I am growing more income out of that person, and simply using the bank account as a payment method. I can do this with 10 people within a calendar year. Imagine earning $50 that you grow that money. Then the person who signed up works for you and keeps making you money through oppotunities that you create from your ideas. Keep that cash flow coming with 10 different seeds and 10 different pay outs and thats 20 potential seeds of wealth that you can grow if managed properly. The power of a referral program is strong, especially when you work it around intelligent people.

Commission sales are frowned upon by most people because they don't want to put in the work and not get paid for minimal effort. However, all stars in the sales field will take advantage of an awesome opportunity to multiply their number of sales by a certain amount of dollars. This puts them in control of their paycheck. For some people that work sales commission, they make so much more then an basic 9-5 job, that they frown upon those instead of sales itself. The tables have been turned. Even a person working retail hourly sales, is in sales. So if you are going to be in sales, you might as well get paid what you're worth. If you go the sales occupation route, be sure to find something that you can enjoy selling, and that will pay you handsomely. When joint venturing you are teaming up with another business or entity. When you work together to complete a certain goal, you both divide the payout either in half or with a set percentage. I have a strategy where I team up with competative landscapers without them knowing that I operate my own service. They are able to find their own jobs and I assist them as man number 2 getting a basic hourly wage, but it puts additional income on top of what I am already earning through my clients. It also gives me the opportunity to build relationships with what most see as competition, and see how they operate from an inside view. It's almost like an undercover operation. A joint venture is not about being sneaky though, it's about expanding through relationships, and opportunities, while growing you income and paying your expenses in life. You will want to build solid joint venture relationships with great people, not those who manipulate and display themselves as low in honesty or humility. A joint venture is a way to get more contracts, and more job opportunities. Reach out to people and offer to help them. If they accept, and you can properly help them, you have just joint ventured with an entity. Congragulations.
The Power of Earnest Money on an Egar Buyer
As a salesman, I have had many people state that they want my product or service and that they want it now, but just cannot afford it. This strategy is best done with a product but I can go into slight detail on how it's done with a service. I discovered this strategy while educating myself on wholesaling. If there is a contract on a home that a person now has authority to market, they can accept downpayment offers in the form of earnest money, which is NON Refundable. This means that when a person wants to invest in a property that you have under contract, then you can collect $2000 of $180k and put that towards the total purchase. However, if the buyer backs out of the deal, they dont have to pay the 180k, but they are NOT getting their down payment back. This is earnest money that can be used to pay bills, and grow as seed money. If someone wants a service, you can require them to put down a deposit to start the work. If they decide to stop the first day or some where in the begining, you stop working and keep the deposit. However, if they back out when you are almost done with the work, then you may find yourself on the bad end of the deal, and having to possibly go to court to straighten things out.
Another way that I collected earnest income was from someone that wanted to buy my 65" television. I collected $50 one day and $40 another towards a payment of $300. They backed out of the deal, and now the TV is for sale again at $300. I earned $90 earnest cash that went to paying my phone bill which is a great asset when exercising the power of the outbound call. Earnest money is a great way to earn an income, but you have to be in position to offer the option to a potential buyer.

If you are keen to an open eye, they you may be able to spot hidden treasures that are just waiting to be discovered in the world. In this example I will explain upon materialistic items. People lose these items everday. Some necessities, and others are sentimental personal belongings. Either way, they can be found and linked back to the owner. Or if not claimed, they can be sold to someone else. As humans we are mules so to move one object from the hand of one man to another is nothing. I have a box of items that I call treausre, and I also keep a list of where I found the treasure and what date. My plans are to either use an item found as an asset to make money over and over again, or to sell that item and make money. Either way, I want to make money and use it as seed money to grow from other opportunities and investments. If its a tool, it can be used to over an over again until it breaks to earn money, or can be sold. If not a tool it can just be sold. Once I found some keys, and used the membership on the card to find the owners address and phone number. When they claimed their keys I was rewarded $20 which became seed money. Another time I was working a landscaping job removing weeds and found $50. That became seed money. Either way, whether it was an item or money found, I was able to grow the treasure with multiple strategy. How would you grow the stuff that you find?

Pets are like family members to us. Sometimes, we leave the gate open, and our loved ones get lose and lost. Especially during New Years and July 4th when fireworks are booming. If you are able to find someone's lost animal, they will probably pay you $20-$100. Sometimes even $500-$1000. They key is not to find the reward in the money, but in finding the connection between pet an owner again. That is where the real magic is. Do not charge them a set price. Let them pay you what they want to pay you. Even if it is nothing, your reward is earning the satisfaction of connecting family again. Keep your eyes open for animals roaming around, and apprehend them. Use a leash or muzzle if dealing with a difficult dog but always be careful. Take photos and post them on craigslist, facebook groups, next door, etc. If the community is small enough, I am sure someone will contact you with the information you provide. If you cannot store the animal or catch them, perhaps you can locate the animal, then make a notification of where they are and hope the owner can contact you within the hour. You just need to keep your eyes feasted on the missing pet. This stragety is somewhat tricky, but if you happen to be in the right place at the right time, it just may work.

The kids are our future, and we know that the best interest in a kid, will always get people pulling out their wallets and wanting to donate money as a way to show support. Whether it's sick kids, kids needing oppotunity, homeless kids, abused kids, privliged kids, insane crazy kids, etc. There seems to be a solution evolved around kids and the money is flowing like the Nile. Kids toy products and clothes are another business entity that can produce money. Retail Arbitrage some kids toys and clothes and see how much you can profit. Check out second hand stores and invest in the products that you think will do well for you.

There are many people in the world who lust for others. They will do anything to get that other person to like them. Even if someone is already in a relationship and just wants to add a little spark, this is perfect. Then there are those who are in a relationship, but are in the dog house. Get a gift, and it may smooth things over for you. This is the power the thrives in the air, when romance is present. It can be in a form of protection and quality of life. If you can offer this to someone else, that is power and can put you in new scenes of life if worked properly.

There are people who face circumstantial distress, this is because they have not properly balanced out their life, or have bad luck. What ever the case may be, you can offer help to these individuals, but do it with caution. They are in this jam for a reason and may jam you up as well. However, don't let that prevent you from helping others. You can help a person with money, food, shelter, tools,a job, etc. You can set a price tag on the asistance, but most of the time you have to keep it low in order to work for your advantage. These people are at difficult times, dont make it more difficult for them. Perhaps, once they are at a higher level, you can start scrapping a bit more off the top. In my opinion, this is more like connecting the pets back with their owner. The joy that is received out of this, is getting the person who neededt he help to their goal. Just don't let that goal of theirs, interfere with your goals.

I have taken this short report from the power of dot to a short introduction to my next moves in life. I figured that by journoling my thoughts, that I will be able to sort out the value from the rubbish, and be able to laser focus on what really is important. That it's not that I don't think I can succeed, but there are so many ventures to succeed in. I was just thinking to myself how I used to write articles on "lead generation" and "work from home". My goal was to get found with targeted keywords, and eventually dominate the search engine of Google. Also to write one blog a day so that I could have hundreds produced within a year. I would have back links to all articles and within those backlinks, opportunities. However, I ended up cleaning some yards off of Craigslist, and started growing a repetative client base. It was a great start to a business that I didn't know would teach me so many future lessons. After 12 years of being in this industry, specifically working off of Craigslist, I have identified similiarities over the years. Similarities such as same clients, same investments, same time frame, same excuses, same wins, same loses, etc. I was tired of seeing the picture frame, and like any other person over time, started to burn out. I was no longer motivated by the yard industry. The rut had began. I was not doing tasks that I did not want to apply the time towards. When I would strategize, I would face other obstacles with people. Strangers, who only wanted my money, and to sabotage the work that I had spend years developing. I started to see how people only utilize my opportunity for their own personal gain. And when they didnt get their way, it would be an aruguement, force for more pay, or I would be stuck cleaning up the mess that I hired them to do. Either way, the stress was too much, and my love for the business was starting to deteriorate.
Sales has always been a fun part of the job. I would always look forward to closing the deal with someone and getting the ball rolling on some services or a product. I found my self in other industries thriving to obtain what I had before I started the yard business. I used to sell candy door to door, and also cologne directly to people in parking lots. I remember selling cologne and knowing that I would some day be able to train other people in this field and still be paid. Quickly I relized that I would be used as only the sales rep, while the managers made the bigger bucks. This was not fair, epecially after they said I would be able to train on my second week. I resigned from that position and found myself in doing outboud calls for advertisement and then eventually making my way into the yard business.
About 5 years into the yard business, I had release A.D. Landscaping Training Tutorials under the Facebook group A.D. Landscaping Education Foundation. There is also an A.D. Landscaping Managmenet Training Tutorial. The idea of this release, was to earn extra income in my landscaping division, while showing my techniques to other people to utilize within their buiness. We made no sales and only go views on facebook. Maybe sometime in the future we can re make and release a new series of training. In the mean time I have been focused on investments and doing hands on training. I have not release this yet, but want to have parents pay for their children to learn from me. They can supply a truck, and tools, and I will supply the time and education. I can show someone how to embrace thi busienss faster by demonstrating personally, then by showing a video or explaining over the phone. However, videos and phone consultations have been proven very effective as well. My goal is to integrate my daily business routine with the training concept and eventually joint venture with my students. I think after 12 years of doing this, I deserve the chance to share my knowledge with the upcoming 20 year olds. This would help them establish their next 10 years and eventually show the next generation who to earn in this industry.
My focus nowdays is not only on the education part of it, but on the investment part as well. How a person could invest $40 and obtain everything they need to perform a $400 dollar weed removal clean up job on a residential property. When a person can do this over an over again, and reinvest the money to where they can start duplicating thier process, this becomes a scalable business. This would be making the right moves in the industry. When a person can market themselves while obtaining capital from their investments, all in the same scene, is step two. Getting called back to the same demographic, and duplicating your routine is the magic involved. Other strategies would be to get word of mouth referrals. Don't just expect your client to brag about you. Ask them to pull up 5 friends on their phone that they know could benefit from your service. See if you can call them together and chit chat about how the service went down. Either way you are sticking to a step by step process, that can bring you consistent business. This is what I like to share with people. This is the new why.
I have taken this business from hiring people to drive me job sites, to taking the bus to job sites. The most recent strategy is called "School Boy/Girl". This is when a person can literally ride the bus to a home depot or llowes, and purchase a hula ho and rake plus bags to get a job done. Have the client ready for you to remove weeds on their property, before you go and buy these items. When you know that you will earn $200 for cleaning weeds in a yard, raking them up, and bagging them for disposal, you will invest the money and the time. Seriously, just go and buy the tools after the client gives you the Yes, clean my yard approval. Take the bus to the property, if you know that it is on the bus line. Dont be embarraseed to ride the bus with a hula ho and rake. Its two tools. Dont forget your bags in your backpack. Most people with think you are awesome for putting in the hard work and riding the bus to do it. Show up to the job, take your before and after photos for marketing, and make sure to do a great job for those photos. Market while on the property. Maybe half way through, post an ad on Craiglist, with the photos from your previous job, if you have them. Or just post a link of all of your work on one website page. The diretion is all on you. You as the boss, can decide how you display your work. Just stay consistent with your marketing and remember that with every sale comes and install. If you are not capable of making the install happen, then there is no reason for you to create the sale. Those who cannot complete the install, will most likly lose the sale and get a bad name for themselves.
Invest in other people to help you grow your business, but this should only be done when you feel like the time is right. You may lose some money, but you will also gain time. The ability to do other stuff within your business that may be more beneficial for your overall success.

Ive always been a bit of an introvert, but wanted popularity. I did well in sports but never got much recognition for it. It surprised me when I ran into this girl from school at a motel when she said you were a fast runner. I could beleive she remembered that about me. Nodays I've tried to fit into social setting such as sales meeting, or friends gathering, but I find it pointless and dull. I would rather be nose first in a book, or watching a movie quietly. No need for the loud noise and nonsense. I have had those drunk nights though, where the quiet quickly becomes a cry for attention. Blarring music, and projecting obsinities with the door open, was risky. Im surprise I didnt end up in jail for it. As I mentioned before with the yard business, doing the same thing day in and day out can get a quite bit boring. Sometimes a person just gets tired of paying rent, especially when late fees always creep up on you. Then its like, well why are the late fees occuring? I just need to get more money and get it in faster and on time. I would expect people to work with me, especially when its them who want to be paid. Having the ability to observe peoples, true intentions, I quickly realized that I must go, even if I take a small financial hit, and a mark on my credit. It was not worth trading in my happiness.
The Blueprint Journey
So now on the road to success once again. I am free to go where ever I want to. I am not held back by a 9-5 job. I am not stuck at a house that I cant leave, because well, I live there. Its not about school anymore, although I do want to get a student loan for $20k and just live off of that while I got to medical school. Its about the freedom to travel and do what ever I want to do when ever I want to do it. To be able to sleep in, and clock in when ever I want to. To utilize my wisdom for what it's meant to be for and not boxed in a same day routine. I realized that with the power of the Internet, that anything is possible. You can get a free house, a job, a ride somewhere. You can now order food from any restaurant and have it delivered to your front door with Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grub Hub, and other services just like that. Even with yard estimates, if I need to be somewhere fast, I will pay for an Uber or Lyft, and write it off on taxes. This is what I call having more control, then being someone elses puppet. As a puppet, they tell you to jump, and you say how high. My journey will take me to greater places beyond the work place.

Play the exponential game. Today I earned $200. Tomorrow I aim for $400. Profit, Deposit, Savings, Spending. More of all and less spending, unless the spending earns you more. Gross profit or net profit or all however you want to calculate. You are the boss. This is a fun game and can be measure by each day representing one square on a chess board. 64 doubles till extreme wealth. Dont be afraid to fall back a few days. Example instead of taking $200 - $400 you earn $125 and the next day double that to $250. Then to $500, but then down to $350 and double to $700. See how the game is played. It's like a roller coaster. Could double from last job or task. Doesn't have to be on a day to day basis.
Keep in mind though, when having momentum, that if it takes you two days to get $500 that is the same as $250 per day. Three days to get that amount would be $166.66 and 4 days would be $125 per day. So as the time frame to get one job complete takes, you lose out on daily profit. Your time could be applied some where else, if you could just get through the job fast enough.
I have been on jobs where a number of reasons could jam up your exponential growth potential. Stay away from negative jammers, and keep your eyes on the prize. Keep multiple streams of income so that you can tap into any one when you are ready to earn. Know what you can do over and over again with certainty that you will gain that amount of money when you exchange time/service/product.
Years ago I was bound for great success in business. I had learned from some of the best entrpreneurs as a start in the game. The year was about 2008 and I was influenced by guys like Bob Proctor and Zig Ziglar. These guys are wise way beyond their years. They know how to teach individuals who are beginners how to become winners in the home business industry. That is exactly what I was looking for, so I knew we would be a great match. As I started developing success, I wanted to show it off. I started partying with old friends and not utilizing my time for work, instead I was laying around and sleeping in. I then started bringing in people who I knew would sabotoge the day. They would be late, or would not have all the equipment and would delay the job and we would have to go home. Today I am going wake up and start off by reading this lay out to myself.
