My 5 main major investments that I always consider when making a business decision.


1. Invest in time properly.

3. Invest in the right people.

5. Invest in the right systems and strategies.


Real estate is not just Land, Houses, Cars, Boats, or Airplanes. At least in my eyes, I have grown to discover that my best real state has been from the residual monthly incomes that I build for myself. I once worked at a call center job back in 2007. They told us to park the need and plant the seed. Although this meant something completely different from what I am about to explain, I have found a way to plant many seeds and watch them grown into beautiful wonderful, income producing streams of income.

Strat 1. $96 month - 1a power washer - $50 - 3 clients x $100 each = Gross $300 profit

Strat 2. $46 left over from strat 1. Start of start 2 - Plate set 2a. $20 buy - 2b. $36 sell = $16 profit 

Strat 3. 16 profit - 3a. $5 ad - house cleaning 3b. 2 clients x $125 = Gross $250

expense $25 cleaning supplies, expense $20 Gas = $205 profit

Strat 4. 11 profit - 4a. $5 ad - painting 4b. 2 clients x $150 = Gross $300

expense $20 Gas = $280 profit

Strat 5. 16 profit - 5a. $5 ad - consulting 5b. 2 clients x $150 = Gross $300

expense $0 = Net $300 profit

Strat 6. Leaves $1 - It's a Doubles game.

$1 99cent food item with no tax sell for $2, $2 knick knack sell for $4, $4 vase sell for $8, $8 hat sell for $16, etc.... 

Get creative with what you buy, but be sure it can sell for more value, than what you purchased it for.

Strat 7. $26 is still left over to grow or to put in storage and pull the plug on the growing plan until a sunnier day. Maybe hold out to buy something that comes your way out of no where, or just go spend it on yourself. Keep in mind that money can either fund your business dreams, or your lifestyle dreams. Both can be integrated, but those are the main two purposes that money can be used as your spending choice design.


This is what the client would make on the $640 a month that a tenant would pay to rent a room.

Client $544 per month / $6528 Annual


Keep in mind that the client will most likly NOT grow the money they earn, as show in the strategies above. They will find themselves spending there income on useless, consumable adventures and items. Some of these items will be turned to waste, while others are placed on the shelf to collect dust and depreciate. The way money is spent will determine on if the investment appreciates in value or depreiates. When money works for you as a tool, it should be scaling upwards, not downwards.

Any reason for failure, needs an adjustment of my 5 main major investments that I always consider when making a business decision.

This is just an example of one real estate route that can be continued by breaking down the montly earnings into other systems and strategies, as well as investments into the right tools to get you through to your goals. The main focus of the Master Listing Strategy is to get more than 10-100 people paying 15% of their received rent, through tenants that you bring to them. Your plan is to bring them the best tenants that you can, who will pay their bills, not cause problems, and stay for at least 12 months. Even when the lease renews, you want to keep this route going for a lifetime. However, most routes will not last a lifetime. That is why it's good to grow the monthy residual payments into other streams of income that can also be considered as a real estate route.


My definition of real estate is anthing that you take prestige care of, and pays you on a continued basis. Most of the time the payments are monthly, but can be broken down into bi weekly or weekly as well. Some real estate routes may only pay you ever year, but consider the loss of time that could occur if payout does not happen when it comes down to it. That would be a whole year of work put in for nothing. Plus the feeling of loss, would be even more devestating for a positive mindset. The lesson would be the only value at play. 

The assets are the tools that you use in order to build your client list that is going to see the value in your service and call you on a continued basis.

consider this following FORMULA when conducting business while building your real estate route.


Strategy + Value + Persons needs/ wants + sale + body in motion with assets + install ­­= relationship and one time sale, one time sale + residuals, trade, or you can choose time for $$$ (The 9-5 Rat Race). 

When you exchange time for money, you can still use the money to grow a real estate route, that will pay you on a monthy basis. Just keep in mind that you may need to outsource to someone else to handle your route, while you are still working the job that pays to fund your growning money, or the start of your dreams. 


Usually when you are thriving to BUILD YOUR ROUTE, you will want to include these ASSETS that many people overlook.

Your advertisement ad, your advertisement ad copy, website, website copy, sign up form, phone number, email address, website traffic (asset for ranking), video, audio, pictures, keyword seo, Paypal button, Instructions for Zelle payment, gift/money for referrals or spending a certain amount, other promotions, Adsense ads displyed on website(Adsense both tool nd recurring real estate route), logo, etc.


An asset can also be considered as a real estate route. Adsense for example, can be an asset for website traffic to click on. You will receive minimal payment when the threshold reaches $100 and is paid monthly. When you continue to get paid $100 each month, because you reach $100 or more, than it becomes a real estate route. You literaly take PRESTIGE CARE or your real esate route by making sure that you get clicks on your ads, and that the ads are being displayed properly on your website. Also keeping the website promoted is part of the effort. Doing all that would show prestige care towards your CLIENT (Google Adense) and there fore they will happily pay you for your efforts on a residual basis.


Think about what you are doing with your money, and the choices you are making with it. Not every move you make will be a winning move. Even when your plan is to win, you just might lose. Don't take your losses as failures. See them rather as lessons. Try not to make the same mistakes twice. 

I have found that working smarter and not harder pays off in the long run. The more people that I help understand this concept  and value of money, assets, and real estate routes, the more my focus steers away from actually trying to produce it. The finanial problems that I once had before, were no longer present, and I was able to see life from a whole new prespective.

In a spider web of writtings I have come to challenge myself with information overload. No so much the paralasy annalasy but more of the knowing what do to get what you want, and just do it. The problem is, there is no guide that can quickly take a person to the money. Maybe there is but I have not discovered it. I have found that many of the informational guides that are avaiable today are usually similar to one another an dont really offer much value outside of the common knowledge of the subjects. Like, I want to know how to do it, and do it right, learned directly from the experts. And this is what this section of the guide is about. Not only is it a quick portal to my Audio Pod 101 Podcast series, where you can hear these experts in your free time, but you can also read about there formulas right here in this guide. No need to thank me, because the thanks comes when you earn money from these strategies.


My money pit is Landscaping but I have done alot of other stuff that earned me income and I will lay it out right here from everything that I can think of that earned me income. Also some of the positions that I am currently in that I know could earn me a boat load of income, but my focus is not on those income streams and they are rather ghost towns. So let me jump right into the list, and then I will explain a few concepts.

Christmas and birthday money, gift card growth, middle man sales, plasma, buy for low sell for high, training pay, loan, trade to $$$, peer to peer lending, earnest $$$,  insurance disaster, any sales job x # sales and GO, free place to stay, free tp, free food, sold stolen cement mixer when my trailer was stolen and found. $900.

CBD, Affilate clothes test champion, rakuten, sell hula ho, and gas tools affilate, train start up yards, public speak, Light Speed, VT Sales training affiate, audio pod 101, David Allen Capital, Drone Advertisement, wholesale home, sell landscaping before and after photos, sell recruting and staffing lead gen services, fundraiser for good cause benefit community, car wash etc, sell music/videos, cartoons, movie skits scripts, hollywood, modeling, get free gravel/deliver to yard, and sell to client plus spread service, sell plants, grow and sell food, obtain land and host star gazing/ drone party, live van life and make money on the road, fly a sign, federal school funding loan and get doctors degree psychology, work for a police department, do nerobrain stress readings, obtain nice property 5 bdrm and rent rooms to ocd clean people who have money and rent on time and live free, cheep, or profit, vivint solar or other company,

I recently earned income changing a girls flat tire. $20. Nice. Also last  year $100 from Marteen doing registration on vehicle in my name. Scrap metal runs always bring extra cash, and helps avoid the dump. What other systems can I work? Weebly website profits. Stream Landscaping in PHX and middle man manage. Audio files, teach computers, teach marketing and landscaping by opening up education opportunity to the people.
