Chapter 1. Introduction to riches
There are some things in this world that we just can not seem to get our hands on. Our minds wrapped around, but the desire is so clear. So transparent and in front, that it's almost taunting you to go and grab it, but it keep inching away from you. There is not much that you can do, but keep geting better and trying to acheive for this burning desire that you just keep reserching the facts. The step by step system, that is arranged for anyone to plug into and succeed. In fact there are some people who need this, but dont know where to look for it. It's amazing how in front it is nowdays, and has always been for a long time. For centuries riches have been build around one sold word called Value. If it is something that a person wants, needs, or desires, there will be value in it. Real talk. When an opportunity presents itself to provide value, you must not hesitate. Riches can not be waited on. They must be picked up as fast as possible, and opportunity left in the dust as a success. There are many ways to accumulate riches, but one must find the hidden values within there own persona, and present them to the world for other to pick up on as needed.
For some riches is not just money. Although riches do lead to the wealthy life, a person could find riches within another form of success. Riches in love, in great taste stress free life, ability to assist others, to avoid conflict or confrontation, to participate in difficult conversation, to debate and not argue, and the list goes on. What brings a person happiness could ultimately be a from or richness. In a confusing weird conspictuous way, some peope enjoy negativity and arguing. This could be their form of richeness. From an outside point of view, I would observe this person as being taught the wrong lessons in life. The wrong values, and therefore they must discover how to unlearn these bad habits. Alpha male or female dominiance, struggle for masculinity, poor choices, investing money improperly, and much more are wrong values to obtain and utilize in life. Unlearn these bad habits, along with other mindset changes, and you will be on the path the the right riches.
When I was a kid, the riches I valued were within people. I used to enjoy being in the presense of people from all walks of life, and all ages of life. I was 5 years old hanging out with 80 year old ladies. There were about 3 of them in the neighborhood that I grew up and came and went as time progressed. They would tell me stuff like, I have a great smile, and very handsome young man. They put positive energy within my mindset. Made me believe that I was going to be someone someday, and made my childhood very peaceful. There were older men that gave me advice, others I could tell by their actions were wrong, and to stear clear from that type of life. Peers of both boys in girls that taught me valueable lessons on the playground. From people having your back, to turning against you, stealing your stuff, gossip behind your back, and much more. Little did I know this type of behavior would continue thorugh out life. People who are great for you, and others that will destroy you. I have discovered to only stick with those who bring you up, and do not create that from of chaos in the surroundings. Learn how to utilize a bad situation to your advantage, by never going back to it again, stearing clear of it the next time it presents itself, and possibly helping others avoid the same conflict when you see them going down that path. My riches are mostly from peope and quality relationships, but it also comes in the form of money, music, memories, superiority, and much more. Notice how I always say much more. Just having much more to say, and so much more to say, I would say, is a form of riches. Can you dig it?
Chapter 2. Introduction to me as the man in the mirror that I am.
Before I mentor any further on riches, I would like to introduce myself as a 32 year old man who grew up in Tucson Arizona, and why I consider myself a part of the world of riches. Not only do I enjoy the communications of riches, but I enjoy the final result that the riches bring. The in depth work it takes to invest riches, to gain riches, and the ability to stunt other peoples mindsets, so that they know, they deserve riches. In fact as Bob Proctor states "You were born rich" and this is so very true. You are a star in your own world and have the ability to win every single day of your life. It's that chaos and stress of the world that programs a person to think that they are less than rich. That they do not deserve riches and will never gain riches. In my opinion, they deserve all the riches that they can gain in this world and then some. The planet offers an abundance of riches, and only a scarcity mindset will prevent someone from actually acheiving more riches. Saving is a form of riches, but you can only save so much, until you actually need to invest that money. Invest that money on something that will make you money, is the smartest way to go. I get it though, you have to splurge every once in a while. I call this lifestyle. A person and invest in their lifestyle to have fun, appearance, hobby, etc. But when making an investment into a seed that should grow, you should only invest wisely. No Knee Jerk opportunities.
It wasn't until 2008 that I really started getting serious about focusing on my riches. I remember being in a jam where I needed some money, and my work was not paying me what I was worth. I was on a commission based job selling advertisement, which is great in all, but the boss was a giant douche. I was there for 3 months, until one day he was trying to give me crap about not updating the contact information in the system, when I was only trying to make sales. Anyway, long story short, I told him to "Eat a dick" to walk out that day and start my own Digital advertisement company. From there I was able to obtain some clients, a landscaping company. I was now generating leads for these landscaping companies, but at one point they decided not to pay me my commissions for the sales that I was bringing them. This was over Christmas, so I was really ticked off that I could not buy presents for my loved ones. My solution, was to work the jobs myself. Now I found myself posting an ad looking for a team to help me with these landsacape jobs. The qualifications were that they needed to have a truck, ability to haul, and basic yard tools. I would assist the job and keep bringing jobs in. This worked out very well. I set up a system and strategy where I would have an average joe with a truck or truck and trailer and tools and we would go hammer out the work . I would pay them cash at the end of the day. Eventually I saved enough money to get my own truck, trailer, and tools, and started operating my own landscaping service. This is the path I took because of other peoples actions. Makes me think of the paths I could've created by demonstrating my own different personal actions. Either way I have a good head on my shoulders, and usually can get through any situation without hardship. Even some of the most difficult situations, I have been able to wiggle out of with some of the best moves a man could make. These same moves I love to show off to others, and show them how they can get involved too. This is just the introuduction of me. There will be more about me as I continue to write this information. For the next 12 years I would be involved in landscaping services and account managmenet. It's been a great run, and still to this present day. Now I can write this to help others. I hope you enjoy.
Chapter 3. Riches are your tool to the next level
In the first chapter I introduced riches as value to ones mindset. If you can provide value to someone, most likly you can produce riches from them. Let's say riches, in the form of money, will the reward, when you provide value to one's life. Other forms of positive reinforcement from value could be a free place to live, vehicle to drive, extra food, opened opportunity, new relationship, friendship, etc. You never know what can come as positive reinforcement, in your world, after you have provided value. There are ways that value is preceived. Some people may value a plump juicy medium rare steak as glorious and delicious, where a vegan may frown upon the meat, and select a vegetarian selection. This is where we examine the value point of the value itself, from the persons perspective. Money to a broke folk, may appear more valuable than to a wealthy individual who is out seeking happiness as satisfaction. It may have cost them their happiness, to obtain riches, where a poor individual can find happiness in the poessessions that they already have. Or even someone else sharing their possessions with them. The sharing and caring is worth far more to that individual than gaining $1000. This could be where some people connect money to the route of all evil. I have discoved though, that those who claim it to be the root of all evil, do now have money themselves. Therefore, they gain satisfaction in hating on it. This is poor mindset, versus wealthy mindset. Once you can identify the right value to aim for, then it's a matter of mastery and duplication. Wash, rinse, repeat, the process as many times as you can. Empower other areas of life, other walks of life, with the ability to plug into your system. Your system that you can manage from a far, in silence, but still capitalize on your creation. At the same time helping, the right individuals gain employment, and riches themselves. Notice I mention, the right individuals. You do not want to assist screw ups. Unless, they can acknowledge there mistakes, and stear clear of ever reapeating that process again. There really is no room to train people into the right mindset. Only have superiority over the situation to offer the opportunity for them to make the decision themselves. When you have committed to a system that pays you, you will not want to walk away from it. You will not want to leave it in the hands of someone else. You will want to nurture it, like a baby, and watch it grow into a fabulous enterprise. The same way a mother and father watch their children grow into successful people or failures. With you being 100% in control, the outcome results can only be blamed on you. If you cannot handle the responsibility, you must improve or surrender. Find yourself something you can make work. Remember that time is a value in itself. If you waste the time, on something that does not pay you back in great sums, then there is no point in participating in it. Just think about the loss aversion that is created, when an individual selects the wrong system and strategy. You will hear me mention system and strategy a few times, as it is also part of my 5 main points of proper investing. 5 main points or proper investing, which will be a chapter of it's own within in this guide. If your system and strategy A is causing a loss aversion on system and strategy X, you may want to focus your attention and time on system and strategy x, and or improve system and strategy A. The choice all boils back to you. You are 100% in control and in charge of your creation of richness. Treat it well, and it will treat you just as well.
Chapter 4.
The phrase time is money and money is time is very important to stand by. Think of yourself not making money when you are just burning away time. Or is it lifestyle? When you are making money, you are directly putting time towards that principle. Money. As in riches. The very subject that is embraced in this guide. Is this what you want? Riches? or would you prefer time? I have news for you. You have to balance them both out. You need to be able to make time to rest and enjoy life, as well as focus on putting time towards increasing riches. This is why a basic 9-5 minimum wage job cannot get your the finer things in life. It can, over a long period of time. Sometimes almost a whole lifetime. I know of young 20 year olds who have found a way to provide massive value to people who can afford to grant them massive amounts of riches. This is some of the greatest abilities at work, at such a young age. This is why curriculum in school should shift more towards the principles of the business world, and not so much on a long drawn out academic system. Again, just like a 9-5 job, it's a basic system that presents only the bare minimum results. Perhaps over a life time you can take that one great vacation that has been talked about all these years. Retire on that money at 65 and enjoy the beach with your retired husband or wife. No. No way. This cannot be the lives that we were meant to live. We are given time, and this is not how it should be spent. It should be clenched in the palm tightly, and only released when the opportunity is right. When the individual knows how to presnt value, for the right people, when that moment is there. That gracious moment, to seize the moment, and dominate your fair share of riches. Can you dig it?
Think about how time is spent from sun up to sun down in an individuals life. Think about your life. The programed, live a very basic and normal life, but it is so planned. It is not planned in their favor, and they actually go with the flow, without any complaint. How can these people do this? I understand that we need these people in the world, to operate retail stores, restaurants car washes, the real estate market, transportation, agriculture, farming, and much much more, but it's just a sad life to live. At least to me. I know there are so many options out there, and it can be scooped up, but must be done with the right motion. The right behavior. On the right terrain. You need to map out your area, and work it well. Measure more than just $20 per hour to sit at a desk. Or what ever you get paid. Measure a million. Can you do it? Or would you rather be content with the basics? Are you an average person? Or are you someone who can get out there and stretch your time to the point, your bank account is six figures in. Hell, even 5 figures in. Why not? It's what you deserve. Start expressing your time, more as gold, and yield the waste you shall. Keep your mind focused on the clock and possibly breaking your day down into 15 minuet, 30 minuet, 45 mineut, or even whole hourly sessions and get some real entrepreneur work completed. Stop measuring up in terms of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. 40 hour boring weeks in the office, where everyday is the same. No promotion for years. No recognition for your hard work. Nothing, but possible firing on your 19th year to keep you out of retirement. Wow, what great thanks some of these companies give to their valuable employees. Remember what I said about value. If they can't give it, why should you buy it? Visa versa. If you can't provide massive value to those around you, then how can you expect them to buy it? Again, your time is your money, and you should spend it like gold. On the right investments, that will pay you back in stacks. Riches if you will. Just what the doctor ordered. Would you like to enjoy a delicious glass of Caymus. Yummy.
Chapter 5.
Time is one of the main investments that I want to double down on. But first, the 5 main investments that you should really focus your energy on. This would be investing in the right people. You don't want bad seeds bringing own your good seeds, and running down your company. This would for sure interfere with your journey to gain riches. Indeed you will run into both good and bad people as you progress. The key is to have great management skills to be able to direct the wrong and right to the proper positions. Second would be investing our money wisely. Spend it on return of investment deals. No waste on stuff like booze, drugs, parties, expensive drinks, bad habits in general, and much more. Spend it on tools. Which brings me to the third investment. Invest in the right assets and tools. This could be anywhere from physical hand tools, to a viewable but still intangible website. A lead capture form, google adsense, and affilate marketing opportunity, a bank account, a computer. Almost everything we utilize in life is an asset. Especially when it brings you massive amounts of riches. Next up would be Investing in the right systems and strageties. As mentioned before. If strategy a does not work but strategy x does. Stick with x or fix A. Don't utilze a damaged system or strategy to gain riches. It will only set you back. Last but not least, as mentioned in chapter 4, time. Time is of the essence of gold. It can only be spent in ways that feel comfortable for lifestyle, or towards real money making deals. That way you can get ahead of the 2 checks a month people, and start getting yourself a six figure income bank account. This is not hard to do, when you shift your time in the right direction. As you start winning with the right people, those who held you back or never showed up, will see your absense and wonder what you are doing. When you tell them that you are working, or collecting a check, it makes me wonder, that they so wonder, if oppotunity was missed. The answer is yes? Keep them wondering how the heck you succeed so damn much. Keep your secret your secret and only review to those that will utilize it with their shift of time. As they waste the day, you create your day and win. Real talk. So remember when focusing on my 5 main investments. Think the right people, money, assets and tools, systems and strategies and time. If when in action, any of those 5 are not in the right alignment, you need to shift in the other direction. Delete it out, and more on to the right position and keep moving forward.
Chapter 6. Release to the beast of life
We all came up in the same school system, then shot out to the wolves to be eaten alive by society. We may have found a way into a nice job, or college, but again, it's the basics. The program that was designed for average man kind. One must rise above and take control, no matter where you are at in life. This the very reason why a person needs to create their own system and win in it everyday. You are out in the wilderness of life, and are expected to survive. You have to find systems and strategies to utilize just like we utilize air to breathe. We need it to survive. We need food to survive and money to buy the food. Time to eat it, and with the right people if we can. Discover new abilities that can advance you to higher levels. In order to get to the next level, you have to master the one that you are currently on. Just like the videogames we played before we were released to the hounds. No matter where you are at in life, bad direction to jail, drugs, etc. you can create something that is postive and can be utilized while you are strolling through life. Or you can get a regular job and forget the value of this knowledge. I would advise you, that would not be wise. Just like there are some mistakes I am sure you have made, whether big or small that if only you were advised, and listened. A key problem in a lot of the youth is that they do not listen. They think they know it all. Most do not explore all their options and balance out what the right opportunities are for them. They only follow a path that someone else told them to take, and so they did listen to that, but only because it was easy. It was done for them. They did not want to use the right side of their brain, the creative side to set up an opportunit to create massive riches for themselves. The left side of the brain is the subconscience, and it knows what can be done. Secretly. It is like an internal adviser that will not tolerate danger. Anyway, if you are an adult and have responsibilites, then take notes and apply, because this guide just may be your last option. I've been through many routes of life, but have found the most value and satisfaction, from running my own services and assiting other people in life.
When I turned 18 the year was 2006. I had just graduated high school and was about to enter into the college world. I remember thinking to myself, most likely through my subconscience that I wanted to work more that go back to school. I know there was a degree at my completion that could get me a great job, but then there was also the debt, or the bill of attending school. Why pay when I can earn? I immediately took a job at a water restoration company that I gained through a friend. There I learned how to drive box trucks, obtained my license, discovered the service work of water restoration, seen my boss market his cards to home owners and managment companies, as well as got put from hourly to salary. Now this gave me great value in a job at a young age of 19, but I already had it in me. I was knocking door to door selling candy bars when I was 14 and actually getting sales. Now I wasn't getting paid as much as an houly then salary job, but I knew then that I had it in me to provide massive amounts of value to the people around me.
There was a time in 2008 when I was evicted from my apartment. This is where people face set back or temporary defeat. Don't worry, you won't be down for long. At least you won't be, if you get out there and start applying to what you know how to do best. Discover new skillsets that can really get you going. Do what is necessary to shoot yourself back into the comfort you may have had as a child. I only say may, because I know alot of people have had rough childhoods. If yours was of comfort, jet back into that zone. Remember what it was like to not be so overwhelmed with responsibility, and just get ahead of the game. Stop playing games and get serious. You are facing wolves, you have to rise above the cause. You have to be the cause of the opportunity, of the riches. You have to manage them well, and get it done when the time is right. You cannot wait on it.
This year 2020 I faced eviction again, this time was because of a management issue. It did involve money, but the terms were not under correct guidlines, the judge would not hear me out and again I was faced with temporary defeat. For 145 days I floated from coach to abandoned or forclosed houses, to a house under construction, to my storage unit, to a tunnel, to a tent at my parents place, to uhaul trucks and vans, motels, stayed in a friends place for about 20 days when he and his family moved another home, rooftops and a few other places that I can't think of at the moment. However it was not like I did not have resources to depend on. I had my phone which is only $60 per month. I had a shower at the gym, plus work out equipment. There was work, so I was still making money. I was evicted and without permanent housing during a world wide pandemic that we all no as the Corona Virus. As I write this guide, we are required o still wear masks in public places, and keep ourselves safe. At the same time we have black lives matter, save our children, antifa, trump, elections, and so much other creators of anxiety, I want to explode just typing this out. This is what I was against, but did not let it effect me. The buses in the city are currently free, so I would ride the bus to work with a hula ho and rake and start weed removal services on residential properties in the Tucson area. Home owners would pay me anywhere from $120-$600 just to complete their yard work. This was of great value to me, and was definitely bringing me riches. At least it was a start. It was work that was created from moves I made years back in 2008 when I first started the business. During these times, I am only adapting to the change. I have no vehicle, and I don't want to rely on other people who just keep flaking anyway. And with labor gig posts on craigslist at $5, I cannot afford to keep losing that income plus the time waste selecting the wrong people. Even when they are telling me that they are reliable. I have to take a chance, even when my intuition tells me not to. Craigslist sometimes produces some solid people who can provide massive value. Other massive amounts of value that help me dominate the dragons out here, is to listen to podcasts. They are audio discussions about relivant topics on systems and strategies that can put some massive amounts of dough in your pocket. From almost every industry is a mentor that can guide you all the way. All you have to do is listen, discover, and apply. LDA for short. Listen, discover, and apply. It really is a great counter activity to watching television. Try it out sometime. This chapter subject will be continued at a later point in this guide.
Chapter 7 Clean the fuck up
Many of us want to gain riches, but are not willing to step our game up. The physic game. They try to pull off executive moves in street clothes. Smelling like sweat from walking around everywhere. This is not the proper way to present yourself when you are trying to gain massive amounts of riches. If you are able to grow facial hair it is critital to make sure that it is trimmed. Do not have saggy hair. Especially the Mushdash part over goes over your lips. Trim yourself up and keep a very elegant look over your face. As if you deserve the better things in life. Your facial exression should say that you drive a nice car, you dress nice, smell nice, and will treat your surrounding people nice. All this will make you nice in general. Just a nice person to be around, ultimately brining you that kind of riches.
Your attitude is also important to change as well on top of your appearance. You cannot be a nice looking individual with a stank attitude. That will fog up most of your actions. It is very important that you focus on cutting out the negative feelings and situations that you witness within your life. This could be anywhere from a though of loss, or people who immediately suck the energy out of you as soon as you enter the building. Energy vampires, that may ask you too many questions or they are lying as if it's okay. This type of behavior cannot be experience or witnessed. If you do happen to fall vicitim to this kind of behavior, don't look at yourself as a victim. Instead, use it as ammunition of newly gained knowledge, that now you know, what to avoid in the future when the situation presents itself again. Clean up in all areas that you can think of. Laziness. Just see it as minor changes of a new improved lifestyle. Brushing teeth, eating better, exerising, the conversations, that you choose, and much much more.
Chapter 8 Just get started and don't look back.
4321 GO. You now have permission to start your own destiny to gain massive amounts of riches. First, think of an idea that you can double down on. Something that you may be passionate about or already have a vast amount of knowledge about. Get your business plan together. Who will be your target market? Where will your demographics be? Who will help you get to your goals. Employees, vendors, and much more. Why are you doing this business? This piece is important, because it fuels your motivation. If you are doing it just to have a job, then it may not be of best interest, unless that is your ulitmate goal is to just have a job. However, you can be in it to structure a safety net for your future family. Something that can be passed down from generation to generation. Or perhaps your plan is to get it in for 5 years, and use the income earned, to fund another business. Are you in it for a car? A house? Bragging rights? Really examine this point in the business plan. Get yourself a brand that you can build to be known. How will the structure of this plan operate? Will you be there in person? Will you be subject to change? Can you show your team how to embrace the change? There are many other questions that can be asked in order to ensure that your business plan is effective. Kee an eye out for behavior and actions that do not support the vision. This can be anywhere to employees being late, to disregard to traffic laws, disregard for others safety, only in it for money hungry greed, no desire to improve the business only themselves. This is why an interview process is needed in some business structures. It helps weed out the bad seeds. The people who serve no benefit to the business vision. Get them the heck out of your vision, and keep looking forward. You will run into bad seeds, but don't let them blind side you in seeing the good in other people. People will not satisy you 100%, but if they fall in a, D,C,B,A school grading system category then keep them, and try to improve in those areas where they lack.
Getting started can be fun, challeging, and rewarding all at the same time. Other people may become inspired, or may become jealous of you. It's okay, let them do what they are going to do. Try not to fall off of your goals. They are implemented in your busines structure for a reason. Every time you reach a goal, whether it is big or small, you are getting closer to your destination of your vision.

My 5 main major investments that I always consider when making a business decision.
1. Invest in time properly.
2. Invest money to grow.
3. Invest in the right people.
4. Invest in the right Assets.
5. Invest in the right systems and strategies.
Real estate is not just Land, Houses, Cars, Boats, or Airplanes. At least in my eyes, I have grown to discover that my best real state has been from the residual monthly incomes that I build for myself. I once worked at a call center job back in 2007. They told us to park the need and plant the seed. Although this meant something completely different from what I am about to explain, I have found a way to plant many seeds and watch them grown into beautiful wonderful, income producing streams of income.

Get creative with what you buy, but be sure it can sell for more value, than what you purchased it for.

Strat 7. $26 is still left over to grow or to put in storage and pull the plug on the growing plan until a sunnier day. Maybe hold out to buy something that comes your way out of no where, or just go spend it on yourself. Keep in mind that money can either fund your business dreams, or your lifestyle dreams. Both can be integrated, but those are the main two purposes that money can be used as your spending choice design.
This is what the client would make on the $640 a month that a tenant would pay to rent a room.

Keep in mind that the client will most likly NOT grow the money they earn, as show in the strategies above. They will find themselves spending there income on useless, consumable adventures and items. Some of these items will be turned to waste, while others are placed on the shelf to collect dust and depreciate. The way money is spent will determine on if the investment appreciates in value or depreiates. When money works for you as a tool, it should be scaling upwards, not downwards.

This is just an example of one real estate route that can be continued by breaking down the montly earnings into other systems and strategies, as well as investments into the right tools to get you through to your goals. The main focus of the Master Listing Strategy is to get more than 10-100 people paying 15% of their received rent, through tenants that you bring to them. Your plan is to bring them the best tenants that you can, who will pay their bills, not cause problems, and stay for at least 12 months. Even when the lease renews, you want to keep this route going for a lifetime. However, most routes will not last a lifetime. That is why it's good to grow the monthy residual payments into other streams of income that can also be considered as a real estate route.
My definition of real estate is anthing that you take prestige care of, and pays you on a continued basis. Most of the time the payments are monthly, but can be broken down into bi weekly or weekly as well. Some real estate routes may only pay you ever year, but consider the loss of time that could occur if payout does not happen when it comes down to it. That would be a whole year of work put in for nothing. Plus the feeling of loss, would be even more devestating for a positive mindset. The lesson would be the only value at play.
The assets are the tools that you use in order to build your client list that is going to see the value in your service and call you on a continued basis.

When you exchange time for money, you can still use the money to grow a real estate route, that will pay you on a monthy basis. Just keep in mind that you may need to outsource to someone else to handle your route, while you are still working the job that pays to fund your growning money, or the start of your dreams.
Usually when you are thriving to BUILD YOUR ROUTE, you will want to include these ASSETS that many people overlook.
Your advertisement ad, your advertisement ad copy, website, website copy, sign up form, phone number, email address, website traffic (asset for ranking), video, audio, pictures, keyword seo, Paypal button, Instructions for Zelle payment, gift/money for referrals or spending a certain amount, other promotions, Adsense ads displyed on website(Adsense both tool nd recurring real estate route), logo, etc.
An asset can also be considered as a real estate route. Adsense for example, can be an asset for website traffic to click on. You will receive minimal payment when the threshold reaches $100 and is paid monthly. When you continue to get paid $100 each month, because you reach $100 or more, than it becomes a real estate route. You literaly take PRESTIGE CARE or your real esate route by making sure that you get clicks on your ads, and that the ads are being displayed properly on your website. Also keeping the website promoted is part of the effort. Doing all that would show prestige care towards your CLIENT (Google Adense) and there fore they will happily pay you for your efforts on a residual basis.
Think about what you are doing with your money, and the choices you are making with it. Not every move you make will be a winning move. Even when your plan is to win, you just might lose. Don't take your losses as failures. See them rather as lessons. Try not to make the same mistakes twice.
I have found that working smarter and not harder pays off in the long run. The more people that I help understand this concept and value of money, assets, and real estate routes, the more my focus steers away from actually trying to produce it. The finanial problems that I once had before, were no longer present, and I was able to see life from a whole new prespective.

My idea on making money by selling money is similar to how coin shops do it. Coin shops offer more of a retail selection that what my idea has to offer. My idea is to sell only one form of money. For example a two dollar bill. Sell the two dollar bill for twenty dollars, but inlcude with the money a one page instruction on how to earn money from home with a step by step guide. Mail the two dollar bill plus the one page guide to who ever pays you through your requested selection of payment. Not only are you making money from your money, but you are keeping the ball rolling with your information guide. Keep your contact infomation in the guide and use it as a way to lead them into your next opportunity.

Music is a great way to earn income from cds, to shows, but my way of earning through music is to take a person to a higher level with the vibrations that music has to offer an individual. A credit card can be very useful when making investment style purchases. The key is to make sure those investments pay you, so that don't end up in debt. There will be interest so be sure to make enough to cover the additional interest on top of the initial credit amount being spent within the credit limit. Many people fail the credit system by purchasing stuff that they dont need or will not grow their income. They end up in debt and establish a poor credit score. This makes it very difficult of an individual to obtain a credit card further down the road.

There are 5 subjects of business that should be invested into properly. These are invest money properly, invest time properly, invest in the right people, invest in the right assest and tools, and invest in the right systems and strategies. Money is a necessity when trying to earn money, unless you are utilizing ways to start from stratch, but dont spend your money as a liability, spend it as a way to put you in postion to grow more money and reinvest again to where you gain profits each time you make a money making move. Use your time wisely as well. This means not kicking back with people who don't have similar money making goals. Don't undersleep, don't spend 5 hours scrolling through Facebook. Your time is your money, so think about how you are utilzing time, when not trading it for money or investing it into an opporunity that will make you money. People are another subject to invest properly into. This is because people control our social network of life. Without other people, we would not be able to operate in our capitalistic society. Some people however, are just not worth the time or effort. They will identify as those who use the trail, or block trail, without really putting anything into the trail. Affilate marketing is a way to be a part of a business's sales staff, without actually having to show up at the office. Many opportunities will offer an affilate partnership which can be plugged into by anyone. When I say anyone I mean anyone. Even Felons. Unless there is some policy disclosed that would prevent otherwise, affilate marketing is like a free for all sales position. You choose the products that you want to market and write about. You chose your sales product, whether it be a service for a loan company, or an eBook written by another marketer, you can have it all. Some programs may require you to contact them first before joining, and some may deny you based on your website. But those that approve you, its only a matter of linking up your banking information so that you can receive direct deposit on your sales. Most affilate companies will pay anywhere between 10%-and 30% commission for a sale. The highest that I have scene are 50% commissions, and those that pay you $350 or so upfront, because their plan is to retain the client for 5+ years. They will be paid more in the long run, but if you find that client for them, you will be paid happily by them for the connection. Think of it as a direct marketing referral business and you will earn massivly if you can influence people to participate.
The Power of Referral Programs
Referrl programs are similar to affilate marketing, because you are literally referring someone to that business. However, in this demonstration I would like to discuss Chase bank bonus referal. Simply sign up for a chase bank account and that puts you in position. There may be other banks that offer this, but in this example I will use Chase bank becasue I have done it myself. However, the program may expire by the time you get to reading this, but the model can be utilize with any bonus referral program.
Chase will allow you to have 10 people per calendar year to sign up under your referral link. For each person you will receive $50. That is $500 potential. From my point of view, I want each person who earns me $50 to be working within my oppotunities earning more income. For example if a sign up works an advertisement sale for me, I can pay them directly through Zelle or another payment method that would be linked to their chase bank account. I am growing more income out of that person, and simply using the bank account as a payment method. I can do this with 10 people within a calendar year. Imagine earning $50 that you grow that money. Then the person who signed up works for you and keeps making you money through oppotunities that you create from your ideas. Keep that cash flow coming with 10 different seeds and 10 different pay outs and thats 20 potential seeds of wealth that you can grow if managed properly. The power of a referral program is strong, especially when you work it around intelligent people.

Commission sales are frowned upon by most people because they don't want to put in the work and not get paid for minimal effort. However, all stars in the sales field will take advantage of an awesome opportunity to multiply their number of sales by a certain amount of dollars. This puts them in control of their paycheck. For some people that work sales commission, they make so much more then an basic 9-5 job, that they frown upon those instead of sales itself. The tables have been turned. Percentage is a great way to present numbers when negotiating business. If we conduct this much in sales, I will receive a 40% and the partner will get 60%. To quickly determine this just multiply the total amout by .4 or . 6 and you will get your pay out number. For numbers under 10% you would determine as .04 or .06 if it were 4% or 6% of the deal. Imagine being paid 2% of a million dollars. Thats a nice $20K pay out. Now what opportunity would I be able to do that in? Is what you should be thinking.
The Power of the Joint Venture
When joint venturing you are teaming up with another business or entity. When you work together to complete a certain goal, you both divide the payout either in half or with a set percentage. I have a strategy where I team up with competative landscapers without them knowing that I operate my own service. They are able to find their own jobs and I assist them as man number 2 getting a basic hourly wage, but it puts additional income on top of what I am already earning through my clients. It also gives me the opportunity to build relationships with what most see as competition, and see how they operate from an inside view. It's almost like an undercover operation. A joint venture is not about being sneaky though, it's about expanding through relationships, and opportunities, while growing you income and paying your expenses in life. You will want to build solid joint venture relationships with great people, not those who manipulate and display themselves as low in honesty or humility. The Power of Earnest Money on an Egar Buyer
As a salesman, I have had many people state that they want my product or service and that they want it now, but just cannot afford it. This strategy is best done with a product but I can go into slight detail on how it's done with a service. I discovered this strategy while educating myself on wholesaling. If there is a contract on a home that a person now has authority to market, they can accept downpayment offers in the form of earnest money, which is NON Refundable. This means that when a person wants to invest in a property that you have under contract, then you can collect $2000 of $180k and put that towards the total purchase. However, if the buyer backs out of the deal, they dont have to pay the 180k, but they are NOT getting their down payment back. This is earnest money that can be used to pay bills, and grow as seed money. If someone wants a service, you can require them to put down a deposit to start the work. If they decide to stop the first day or some where in the begining, you stop working and keep the deposit. However, if they back out when you are almost done with the work, then you may find yourself on the bad end of the deal, and having to possibly go to court to straighten things out.
Another way that I collected earnest income was from someone that wanted to buy my 65" television. I collected $50 one day and $40 another towards a payment of $300. They backed out of the deal, and now the TV is for sale again at $300. I earned $90 earnest cash that went to paying my phone bill which is a great asset when exercising the power of the outbound call. Earnest money is a great way to earn an income, but you have to be in position to offer the option to a potential buyer.

I have a box of items that I call treausre, and I also keep a list of where I found the treasure and what date. Either way, I want to make money and use it as seed money to grow from other opportunities and investments. If its a tool, it can be used to over an over again until it breaks to earn money, or can be sold. If not a tool it can just be sold. Once I found some keys, and used the membership on the card to find the owners address and phone number. When they claimed their keys I was rewarded $20 which became seed money. Another time I was working a landscaping job removing weeds and found $50. That became seed money. Either way, whether it was an item or money found, I was able to grow the treasure with multiple strategy. How would you grow the stuff that you find?

Pets are like family members to us. Sometimes, we leave the gate open, and our loved ones get lose and lost. Especially during New Years and July 4th when fireworks are booming. You just need to keep your eyes feasted on the missing pet. This stragety is somewhat tricky, but if you happen to be in the right place at the right time, it just may work.

Everybody loves kids. This is a known fact. There may be a few select bitter souls out in the world that don't, but let's not worry about them. The kids are our future, and we know that the best interest in a kid, will always get people pulling out their wallets and wanting to donate money as a way to show support. Whether it's sick kids, kids needing oppotunity, homeless kids, abused kids, privliged kids, insane crazy kids, etc. There seems to be a solution evolved around kids and the money is flowing like the Nile. There are people who face circumstantial distress, this is because they have not properly balanced out their life, or have bad luck. What ever the case may be, you can offer help to these individuals, but do it with caution. They are in this jam for a reason and may jam you up as well. However, don't let that prevent you from helping others. You can help a person with money, food, shelter, tools,a job, etc. You can set a price tag on the asistance, but most of the time you have to keep it low in order to work for your advantage. These people are at difficult times, dont make it more difficult for them. Perhaps, once they are at a higher level, you can start scrapping a bit more off the top. In my opinion, this is more like connecting the pets back with their owner. The joy that is received out of this, is getting the person who neededt he help to their goal. Just don't let that goal of theirs, interfere with your goals.

I have taken this short report from the power of dot to a short introduction to my next moves in life. I figured that by journoling my thoughts, that I will be able to sort out the value from the rubbish, and be able to laser focus on what really is important. That it's not that I don't think I can succeed, but there are so many ventures to succeed in. I was just thinking to myself how I used to write articles on "lead generation" and "work from home". My goal was to get found with targeted keywords, and eventually dominate the search engine of Google. Also to write one blog a day so that I could have hundreds produced within a year. I would have back links to all articles and within those backlinks, opportunities. However, I ended up cleaning some yards off of Craigslist, and started growing a repetative client base. It was a great start to a business that I didn't know would teach me so many future lessons. After 12 years of being in this industry, specifically working off of Craigslist, I have identified similiarities over the years. Similarities such as same clients, same investments, same time frame, same excuses, same wins, same loses, etc. I was tired of seeing the picture frame, and like any other person over time, started to burn out. I was no longer motivated by the yard industry. The rut had began. I was not doing tasks that I did not want to apply the time towards. When I would strategize, I would face other obstacles with people. Strangers, who only wanted my money, and to sabotage the work that I had spend years developing. I started to see how people only utilize my opportunity for their own personal gain. And when they didnt get their way, it would be an aruguement, force for more pay, or I would be stuck cleaning up the mess that I hired them to do. Either way, the stress was too much, and my love for the business was starting to deteriorate.
Sales has always been a fun part of the job. I would always look forward to closing the deal with someone and getting the ball rolling on some services or a product. I found my self in other industries thriving to obtain what I had before I started the yard business. I used to sell candy door to door, and also cologne directly to people in parking lots. I remember selling cologne and knowing that I would some day be able to train other people in this field and still be paid. Quickly I relized that I would be used as only the sales rep, while the managers made the bigger bucks. This was not fair, epecially after they said I would be able to train on my second week. I resigned from that position and found myself in doing outboud calls for advertisement and then eventually making my way into the yard business.
About 5 years into the yard business, I had release A.D. Landscaping Training Tutorials under the Facebook group A.D. Landscaping Education Foundation. There is also an A.D. Landscaping Managmenet Training Tutorial. The idea of this release, was to earn extra income in my landscaping division, while showing my techniques to other people to utilize within their buiness. We made no sales and only go views on facebook. Maybe sometime in the future we can re make and release a new series of training. In the mean time I have been focused on investments and doing hands on training. I have not release this yet, but want to have parents pay for their children to learn from me. They can supply a truck, and tools, and I will supply the time and education. I can show someone how to embrace thi busienss faster by demonstrating personally, then by showing a video or explaining over the phone. However, videos and phone consultations have been proven very effective as well. My goal is to integrate my daily business routine with the training concept and eventually joint venture with my students. I think after 12 years of doing this, I deserve the chance to share my knowledge with the upcoming 20 year olds. This would help them establish their next 10 years and eventually show the next generation who to earn in this industry.
My focus nowdays is not only on the education part of it, but on the investment part as well. How a person could invest $40 and obtain everything they need to perform a $400 dollar weed removal clean up job on a residential property. When a person can do this over an over again, and reinvest the money to where they can start duplicating thier process, this becomes a scalable business. This would be making the right moves in the industry. When a person can market themselves while obtaining capital from their investments, all in the same scene, is step two. Getting called back to the same demographic, and duplicating your routine is the magic involved. Other strategies would be to get word of mouth referrals. Don't just expect your client to brag about you. Ask them to pull up 5 friends on their phone that they know could benefit from your service. See if you can call them together and chit chat about how the service went down. Either way you are sticking to a step by step process, that can bring you consistent business. This is what I like to share with people. This is the new why.
I have taken this business from hiring people to drive me job sites, to taking the bus to job sites. The most recent strategy is called "School Boy/Girl". This is when a person can literally ride the bus to a home depot or llowes, and purchase a hula ho and rake plus bags to get a job done. Have the client ready for you to remove weeds on their property, before you go and buy these items. When you know that you will earn $200 for cleaning weeds in a yard, raking them up, and bagging them for disposal, you will invest the money and the time. Seriously, just go and buy the tools after the client gives you the Yes, clean my yard approval. Take the bus to the property, if you know that it is on the bus line. Dont be embarraseed to ride the bus with a hula ho and rake. Its two tools. Dont forget your bags in your backpack. Most people with think you are awesome for putting in the hard work and riding the bus to do it. Show up to the job, take your before and after photos for marketing, and make sure to do a great job for those photos. Market while on the property. Maybe half way through, post an ad on Craiglist, with the photos from your previous job, if you have them. Or just post a link of all of your work on one website page. The diretion is all on you. You as the boss, can decide how you display your work. Just stay consistent with your marketing and remember that with every sale comes and install. If you are not capable of making the install happen, then there is no reason for you to create the sale. Those who cannot complete the install, will most likly lose the sale and get a bad name for themselves.
Invest in other people to help you grow your business, but this should only be done when you feel like the time is right. You may lose some money, but you will also gain time. The ability to do other stuff within your business that may be more beneficial for your overall success.

Ive always been a bit of an introvert, but wanted popularity. I did well in sports but never got much recognition for it. It surprised me when I ran into this girl from school at a motel when she said you were a fast runner. I could beleive she remembered that about me. Nodays I've tried to fit into social setting such as sales meeting, or friends gathering, but I find it pointless and dull. I would rather be nose first in a book, or watching a movie quietly. No need for the loud noise and nonsense. I have had those drunk nights though, where the quiet quickly becomes a cry for attention. Blarring music, and projecting obsinities with the door open, was risky. Im surprise I didnt end up in jail for it. As I mentioned before with the yard business, doing the same thing day in and day out can get a quite bit boring. Sometimes a person just gets tired of paying rent, especially when late fees always creep up on you. Then its like, well why are the late fees occuring? I just need to get more money and get it in faster and on time. I would expect people to work with me, especially when its them who want to be paid. Having the ability to observe peoples, true intentions, I quickly realized that I must go, even if I take a small financial hit, and a mark on my credit. It was not worth trading in my happiness.
The Blueprint Journey
So now on the road to success once again. I am free to go where ever I want to. I am not held back by a 9-5 job. I am not stuck at a house that I cant leave, because well, I live there. Its not about school anymore, although I do want to get a student loan for $20k and just live off of that while I got to medical school. Its about the freedom to travel and do what ever I want to do when ever I want to do it. To be able to sleep in, and clock in when ever I want to. To utilize my wisdom for what it's meant to be for and not boxed in a same day routine. I realized that with the power of the Internet, that anything is possible. You can get a free house, a job, a ride somewhere. You can now order food from any restaurant and have it delivered to your front door with Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grub Hub, and other services just like that. Even with yard estimates, if I need to be somewhere fast, I will pay for an Uber or Lyft, and write it off on taxes. This is what I call having more control, then being someone elses puppet. As a puppet, they tell you to jump, and you say how high. My journey will take me to greater places beyond the work place.

Play the exponential game. Today I earned $200. Tomorrow I aim for $400. Profit, Deposit, Savings, Spending. More of all and less spending, unless the spending earns you more. Gross profit or net profit or all however you want to calculate. You are the boss. This is a fun game and can be measure by each day representing one square on a chess board. 64 doubles till extreme wealth. Dont be afraid to fall back a few days. Example instead of taking $200 - $400 you earn $125 and the next day double that to $250. Then to $500, but then down to $350 and double to $700. See how the game is played. It's like a roller coaster. Could double from last job or task. Doesn't have to be on a day to day basis.
Keep in mind though, when having momentum, that if it takes you two days to get $500 that is the same as $250 per day. Three days to get that amount would be $166.66 and 4 days would be $125 per day. So as the time frame to get one job complete takes, you lose out on daily profit. Your time could be applied some where else, if you could just get through the job fast enough.
I have been on jobs where a number of reasons could jam up your exponential growth potential. Stay away from negative jammers, and keep your eyes on the prize. Keep multiple streams of income so that you can tap into any one when you are ready to earn. Know what you can do over and over again with certainty that you will gain that amount of money when you exchange time/service/product.
Years ago I was bound for great success in business. I had learned from some of the best entrpreneurs as a start in the game. The year was about 2008 and I was influenced by guys like Bob Proctor and Zig Ziglar. These guys are wise way beyond their years.
